Maximum Players 

• total single players w/m/j  250 player
• total doubles 125 w/m       125 player  ( your double is just registered when listed in the doubles with your partner! be aware to register in time!)

Tournament

• Single Men: 5 rounds               ( The organiser reserves the right to make a cut after 4 rounds. No refund if the 4th round is not reached.) 
• Single Women: 5 rounds          ( The organiser reserves the right to make a cut after 4 rounds. No refund if the 4th round is not reached.) 
• Single +55 Men 5 rounds         ( The organiser reserves the right to make a cut after 4 rounds. No refund if the 4th round is not reached.) 
• Single +55 Women 5 rounds    ( The organiser reserves the right to make a cut after 4 rounds. No refund if the 4th round is not reached.) 
• Double Men: 3 rounds              ( The organiser reserves the right to make a cut after 2 rounds. No refund if the 4th round is not reached.) 
• Double Women: 3 rounds         ( The organiser reserves the right to make a cut after 2 rounds. No refund if the 4th round is not reached.) 
• Juniors (U16) Cup: 5 rounds     ( The organiser reserves the right to make a cut after 4 rounds. No refund if the 4th round is not reached.) 

A minimum of 3 participants is required to score a category.

There will be no offical mixed double! Even for a junior (f.e. Son n Mother or Daughter n Father). If wanted please ask shortly before the double category starts whether there are still places available to join and play out of competition.

Training

• Monday14th an Tuesday 15th              training hole day 10 €
• Wednesday 16th                                  free practice for registered players

Schedule

• Thursday = 2 rounds single
• Friday = 1 round double and 1 round single
• Saturday = 1 round double and 1 round single
• Sunday = Final round double and Final round single
• 19:00 Ceremony

( Everyone is playing 5 rounds single and 3 rounds double )

(ALL 54 holes will be used in both singles and doubles

Extra program

• Thursday evening = Competitions for everyone
• Friday evening = Country competition*
• Saturday evening = Players party at the course
• Sunday evening = Dont book flights home early. It will be a long day and we hope everyone will stay to watch final flights and celebrate the winners of each category.

Country Competition

We will try something new this time

The 8 best countries will qualify for a little matchplay tournament friday evening.

To find the 8 best countries we will take the 4 best individuals from each country after the 2 single rounds on thursday.

In the country competitions the 4 best players from each country shall play 2 singles and 1 double. ( 4 players in the game )

(More info about this later but allready now convince more guys and girls to participate in the World Championship so you have at least 4 players)

(The 4 best players can be a woman, man, senior, kid)

(not all countries have players in each category so thats why this rule is made)

Camping

It will be possible to camp just next to the course

Tent = 15 euro per person per night ( no access too electricity but can charge phones in the Club house )

Caravan (access to electricity) = 20 euro per person per night

There are 3 toilets + 1 shower + 1 kitchen that can be used during your stay.

(The first bookings will get Caravan spaces closest to Club House) If there are many some will have to be moved 500 meter away from the Club house to have enough electricity.

Storno conditions

• If you have to cancel your registration, please write an E-Mail to info@gscore.eu. Please include in the email the tournament, you have signed up for and your name. If you cancel your participation before the registration for the corresponding tournament has been closed, you will get the paid participation fee back to the used credit card. We ask for your understanding, that we will not pay back the participation fee after the tournament has been closed. Closing of registration is always on Sunday before the tournament starts.
• no refunds of incidental costs e.g. travel or accommodation costs in the event of a tournament cancellation or postponement.
