Tournament:
• 4 single rounds men
• 4 single rounds women
• 2 double rounds men
• 2 double rounds women
• 4 single rounds Juniors Cup 

The organiser reserves the right to make a cut after 3rd round. No refund if the 4th round is not reached. 

at least 3 participants/doubles must be registered for a category to be held!
Maximum players for this event is set to 150.

Categories:
• Juniors              year of birth 2014 - 2008
• Women              year of birth .....   - 2007
• Men                   year of birth .....   - 2007
• Women 55+       year of birth .....   - 1969
• Men 55+            year of birth .....   - 1969
• Doubles men
• Doubles women

at least 3 participants/doubles must be registered for a category to be held!

Side events:
• Charity doubles cup (mixed pairs are allowed) 1x18 holes (minimum entry fee is 10€ -
all money goes to charity kids home + collection for toys)

• 6. June (Thursday):
  Free practice
  o Charity doubles cup (Mixed pairs are allowed 1x18 holes)
  o Meal (free for paying players)
  o Drawing of flights for individual and double competition
• 7. June (Friday):
• 1. round men & women & juniors (Individual competition 1x18 holes)
  2. round men & women & juniors (Individual competition 1x18 holes)
• Meal (free for paying players)
  
  
• 8. June (Saturday):
  o 1. round men & women (Double competition 1x18 holes)
  o 3. round men & women & juniors (Individual competition 1x18 holes)
  o Thai Massage (free for all players)
  o Meal (free for paying players)

Attention!
The organiser reserves the right to change the scheduling of the individual match categories! This f.e. may be in case if the number of participants exceeds 100 players or weather conditions. Please contact the organiser, FootBallGolf Park, (info@footballgolf.sk)  if this is relevant for you!

  o Final round men & women (Double competition 1x18 holes)
  o Final round men & women & juniors (Individual competition 1x18 holes)

• Fees:
  • Men and women: 60 € (Individual and Double competiton)
  • Juniors Cup: FREE  until year of birth 2008
  • Only Double competition: 20€ p.p. 

Charity Doubles Cup: minimum 10€ (it is paid directly on the spot)

• Unless otherwise stated in the organiser's terms and conditions, playing and entering the football golf course is at your own risk. Information on this can be obtained from the organiser, FootBallGolf Park  (info@footballgolf.sk)
• By registering, you accept to receive  informations via email about the Slovak Open.

Storno conditions

• If you have to cancel your registration, please write an E-Mail to info@gscore.eu. Please include in the email the tournament, you have signed up for and your name. If you cancel your participation before the registration for the corresponding tournament has been closed, you will get the paid participation fee back to the used credit card. We ask for your understanding, that we will not pay back the participation fee after the tournament has been closed. Closing of registration is always on sunday before the tournament starts.
• no refunds of incidental costs e.g. travel or accommodation costs in the event of a tournament cancellation or postponement.
