FootGolf. It really is as straightforward as it sounds and for the first time ever, you'll be able to play FootGolf at Disney's Oak Trail golf course. The 18-Hole FootGolf course is certified by AFGL, the governing body for the sport of FootGolf in the US. Setting up your tee time for 18 holes of FootGolf can be done by booking in front of or behind those playing 9 holes of traditional golf. If you're playing in groups of 4, FootGolf should take an estimated 2 hours and 15 minutes, similar to that of traditional golf. Disney's Oak Trail Par 69 golf course measuring at 2,438 yards is nothing to sneeze at. If you're wanting a challenge for this peculiar game, there's a selection of par 3's, 4's, 5's. The Blue pin flags represent traditional golf, while the Orange pin flag will pave the way for FootGolf. This game is not only for the seasoned adults, whether you're young or old, the entire family can make a day of playing FootGolf! According to the web page:
Walt Disney World Golf is operated by Arnold Palmer Golf Management and the course is also part of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program, so while you're walking the course of 18 holes, you may be joined in your game by turkeys, hawks, armadillos or even deer, as Central Florida's Wildlife is protected and part of the balance between economic development and flourishing wildlife habitat.
