Tournament

• Single- n Double Matchplaytournament 
• Depending on the number of participants, we plan at least 6 singles and 4 doubles each for 9 holes.
  
  

at least 3 participants/doubles must be registered for a category to be held!

Side events

• Free practice on August 25th.
• Dinner evening/ Barbecue 12 Euro all you can eat on 27.08.2022  6.00 PM at at the course.
• Benefit side event little games like Football darts for little little prices. starting fee 5,55 €

Due to the current situation, the benefit project will be changed.
The project will be determined at a later date!

• Free soccer court

• Date: 26th August about 6 pm!!!!!
• If there are at least 20 interested participants, the host will organize an evening together in Dresden with city tour for 10 Euro followed by dinner.The amount of 10€ will be donated to the benefitproject mentioned above! (Dinner on own costs!)

Schedule:

Transfer Okrilla-Ottendorf - Dresden
Start: 6 pm

City tour with August the Strong
Start: 6:30 pm
End: 7:30 pm

afterwards for interested persons guided tour with August the Strong (in German)
Start 7:30 pm
End: 8 pm
Start and end: Frauenkirche

From 8 pm reservations in the beer garden at the Frauenkirche (food and drink at own expense)

Return transfer to Okrilla-Ottendorf approx. 11 pm

Max 50 persons

Tournament fees

• Men and women package: 50 € 
• Juniors Cup: 25 €

• Please be aware of the travel conditions that apply to you!
• The regulations in force in Germany must be observed!

Storno conditions

• If you have to cancel your registration, please write an E-Mail to info@gscore.eu. Please include in the email the tournament, you have signed up for and your name. If you cancel your participation before the registration for the corresponding tournament has been closed, you will get the paid participation fee back to the used credit card. We ask for your understanding, that we will not pay back the participation fee after the tournament has been closed. Closing of registration is always on sunday before the tournament starts.
• no refunds of incidental costs e.g. travel or accommodation costs in the event of a tournament cancellation or postponement.
