For at tilgodese banerne og planlægning af turneringen koster det 27,- euro, hvis man tilmelder sig én måned før turneringen.
Ved sen tilmelding pålægges et gebyr på 7,- euro. Der er senest tilmelding søndagen inden turneringen.

Hvis der efter tilmeldings frist, IKKE er mindst 3 tilmeldte så bliver rækken ikke spillet, og de som er tilmeldt må vælge en anden række eller pengene retur. 

Er du blevet forhindret i at deltage får du 20,- euro tilbage hvis du melder afbud inden tilmeldingsfristen. Ved afbud efter tilmeldingsfristen overgår pengene til DFGF.
