Conditions for additional confirmation *

By registrating for a tournament, i confirm that i have read,understood and accepted the Gerneral conditions for participation in WFGA tournamnet:

1 General condition for participation in WFGA tournaments 

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Participation supplement the General Terms and and Conditions of the provider portal gScore.

Players can register online, using the registration form on the website www.gscore....

If the player does not agree with the validity of the conditions of participation and the rules of behaviour on the course, registration cannot take place.

By completing the registration form, accepting the registration agreement by clicking on the boxes provided for this purpose and by ticking the boxes provided for this purpose and confirming by selecting the "Register" checkbox, the player recognises the terms and conditions

1.2 After receipt and processing, the player will receive a confirmation e-mail. With the sending of this registration confirmation.

2. liability

The responsible organiser is the operator of the football golf course hosting the event, hereinafter referred to as organizer. The organiser is responsible for compliance with general and local safety regulations. Any questions or comments in this regard must be clarified directly with the organiser.

Liability claims are regulated by their respective terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the general terms and conditions of the course operator, entering the course and playing is at your own risk. Liability on the part of the WFGA is generally excluded!

The Worldfootballgolfassciation hereinafter referred to as WFGA is the organizer of the registration process on the gScore platform and responsible for the tournament scoring (except side events).

In addition, the WFGA supports the organisers in the following matters.

1. compilation of the tournaments to be organised (tour)

2. publicising the tournaments to be held

3. additional tournament informations on gScore

4. setting up the rules of the game

5. drawing up the tournament schedule

6. post-processing of the results (distribution of points...)

The standards set by the WFGA are to be adhered to by the organisers, provided there are no legal regulations to the contrary.

3. Image and sound recordings

The player agrees that the organiser is entitled to make image and sound recordings during the event, without being obliged to pay any remuneration, is entitled to make image and sound recordings of the recordings of the visitors and/or have them made by third parties, to reproduce, broadcast and reproduce, broadcast and use them in any audiovisual and social media and/or to have them reproduced, broadcast and used by third parties. The WFGA reserves the right to disqualify players who disregard the etiquette rules and/or to ban them from further tournaments.
