In a case that a player is forced to cancel his/her participation on this tournament the following cancelation rules will apply:

Cancelation until 01.4.2025 – 80% of paid fee will be returned

Cancelation until 01.5.2025 – 50% of paid fee will be returned

Cancelation after 21.5.2025 – 0% of paid fee will be returned
