Created new enabled/banned player feature for tournament registration - News

New function

• Changes in administration
  • List of allowed/banned players
    • under tournament details, a feature (Allowed players button) has been added that allows the administrator to restrict registration to selected players - i.e. players who have a gScore account
    • this setting only makes sense if the tournament is disabled for non-registered users
    • in the tournament settings, the administrator chooses the method of evaluating the list
      • player registration only on the list
        • The tournament is set to only allow players listed here to register according to the permission, date and, if applicable, category they are allowed to register. The reason for this permission is also displayed.

        • by selecting from the rankings available to the administrator - i.e. importing players who have placed or scored a certain number of points in each category of the selected ranking
    • each player can be set
      • flag enabled/banned
      • the date from-to when the allowed or banned applies
      • if the maximum number of reg.players should be accepted
      • which categories a player can register for - if not set, then there is no limitation on categories
• Changes for players
  • if a player is entered and tries to register for such a limited tournament then:
    • it will automatically evaluate whether or not he is allowed to register on the registration page
    • if yes, it will display the classic registration form
    • if a player has restricted categories, he will automatically be banned from those he is not allowed to enter
