Welcome to the Portugal Open - EFT Grand Final. The Grand European FootGolf Final Tour 2018 will take place between the 18th and 21st of October in Castro Marim Golf & Country Club, Algarve. We’re working hard to organize a great event to the highest standard that you as a keen and dedicated FootGolfer deserves. We’re under no doubt that it will be an occasion to remember. REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS✏️: All footgolfers have to register on GOLFTAB (fgranks.com) and pay the registration fee via PayPal. LOCATION📍: The event will take place at Castro Marim Golf & Country Resort, located in the Algarve, one of the tourist hot spots of Portugal. With great weather, world-reknown beaches and close proximity to the Spanish border, we trust you’ll find it an enjoyable and fitting venue for such a great event. The nearest airport is Faro (Portugal). PORTUGAL OPEN - EFT GRAND FINAL - PROGRAM 📋: Thursday 18th: ⏰ 14:30 to 19:00 – Open Training Session; ⏰ 19.30 - Welcome Ceremony (Clubhouse); ⏰ 20:30 - Welcome Dinner; Friday 19th: ⏰ 08:00 - Briefing at the Clubhouse; ⏰ 08:30 - Walk to the Course; ⏰ 09:00 - Start Day 1, 18 Holes, Shotgun; ⏰ 12:30 to 14:00 – Lunch Time; ⏰ 15:30 - * FOURSOME event, 18 Holes. * We will do a 18-hole FOURSOME event. It will have a shotgun start. You can register on Thursday with the ANFGP Staff. The cost will be 15€ per player, which need to be paid in cash before the start. We will meet at hole 1 at 15:00 and start at 15:30. Saturday 20th: ⏰ 08.30 - Start day 2, 18 Holes, Tee Times Start; ⏰ 12:30 to 14:30 – Lunch Time; Sunday 21th: ⏰ 08.30 – Start Final Day, 18 Holes, Tee Times Start; ⏰ 12:30 to 14:30 – Lunch Time; ⏰ 16.00 - Medal Ceremony at the Clubhouse; GROUPS/FLIGTS📄: The groups on day 1 will be not be drawn, but rather they will be placed. We will use the current rankings of the European Tour to decide who will be placed in which group. The best EFT player will be placed in group 1, the number 2 ranked player will be placed in group 2, 3 on the rankings will be placed in group 3 and so on. The groups will be published on Thursday before the welcome dinner. ACCOMMODATION: VILLAS 🏠: We have an agreement with Castro Marim Golf & Country Club concerning Villas located close to the golf course. We already have pre-booked for the event: 30 Villas - 15 T2 Villas for 4 people (95€ per day) and 15 T3 Villas for 6 people (110€ per day).
